Returns & Refunds

Every panel we make is custom cut and printed to your order. Because of this, we handle returns case by case — and we always make it right.

Damaged or defective items

If your panel arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Custom-made items

Panels produced to your custom measurements or with personalization cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from what you ordered.

Samples and stock sizes

Unused sample tiles and standard-size panels may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
